Strawberry Cupcakes

These cupcakes are a definate improvement from yestserday's coconut ones. Strawberries are so refreshing. I plan on making several of these recipes over the summer. MMMmmm...can you picture it? Strawberry cupcakes with a glass of lemonaid?
