Coconut Cupcakes

First off...coconut does NOT belong on cupcakes. Anything that makes something as yummy as cupcakes look "hairy" should not be legal. (With my saying this, I love coconut...just not on cupcakes!) Look at how scary some of these look...

this one looks like someone licked the top part of the frosting off!

I keep waiting for these ones to sprout legs and crawl off :-/

Now for a few I think look somewhat tastey...
