Chandelier = gorgeous!!!

Isn't this chandelier gorgeous?!? It started out as an ugly old green chandelier frame. Some lady bought it and repainted it, added some beads, broaches, flowers and birds and voila! Look at it now! I want to make one also!!! I'm going to start keeping my eyes open for an cheap chandelier frame....
